Too many of us are concerned about collecting followers on social media platforms and not thinking about how to build a brand properly.
There is no point of having a large volume of followers when only a handful comment and like your post. It doesn’t serve you or your group justice.
Social media is about building a relationship and engaging with community of people who resonate with your values and mission.
It’s about starting an initial conversion to build a rapport with your connections as well as gaining trust for your brand.
Remember this, your personal brand is not about the size of your following; it's about the long game and being in it for the long term.
No matter how small (or big) your following is, if you're sincere in serving your community, you'll be successful in building your brand.
